SWIMMING POOL

Swimming pool is equipped with devices for counter current swimming (turbo jet) which enables swimming at a certain spot and has fantastic body massage. It also has „swallow’s tail“ cascade, which has both aesthetic and massage effect. Water temperature is 27 °C which is a standard for this type of pool. It is also equipped for aqua-aerobic

FINNISH SAUNA

Finnish sauna is a kind of dry sauna in which temperature is from 80°C to 100°C while humidity is between 10 and 15%. It is recommended to visit sauna three consecutive times lasting 8 to 15 minutes each. After each stay in sauna it is recommended to spend some time cooling off (at least equal to the time spent in sauna). Effects of Finnish sauna are visible after alternate exposure of the body to the high temperatures and subsequent cooling by cold water or ice. It has following effects on the body: relaxation, detoxification, circulation improvement, improvement of immune and cardio-vascular system.

STEAM (TURKISH) ROOM

Steam (Turkish) room is a treatment in hot closed space with vapor which stimulates perspiration and eliminates toxins from the body. The best effect is reached at temperatures between 43°C and 46°C whilst the air humidity is 100%. Treatment lasts between 10 and 20 minutes, followed by shower with lukewarm or cold water. Moist vapor stimulates circulation and cleans the skin by opening pores, eliminating dead skin layers and leaves skin soft and silky gentle. Steam (Turkish) room is recommended to all suffering from: insomnia, fatigue, bad circulation, stressed and weak muscles and sensitivity to sudden temperature changes.

HAMMAM

Turkish version of the vapor bath has the high air humidity and temperature between 45°C and 50°C. Inside of the cabin there are heated marble benches for sitting or laying while in the middle there is wash basin with cold water. Treatment duration should be between 20 to 40 minutes in order to gradually relax the entire body. Hammam is highly recommended to all persons suffering from tensions and stress, persons suffering from bad circulation and/or pains in mussels and joints

RUSSIAN SPA (SAUNA)

This is traditional Russian sauna in which temperature is from 60°C to 100°C and humidity is up to 50%. The special sensation represents vapor with the essences of herbs. Special characteristic of this type of sauna is usage of so called „little brooms“ made of birch or oak, which are used for ritual massage. These brooms are first soaked for half an hour in cold water. After that they are over flown with hot water in order to give fantastic smell and to become both elastic and hard. It is considered that treatment in this type of sauna helps with bronchitis and asthma. Recommended stay is two or three times per 10 minutes

SALT CAVE

This is a specially designed room in which ceiling, walls and floor are covered with salt and salt blocks of Himalayan salt in order to imitate the atmosphere of natural salt cave which has many healing effects. This room is hypo-allergic and aseptic and treatment in it, clinically proven, can be basic or alternative therapy for problems caused by respiratory and skin illnesses, and also improving immunity. It is especially recommended to children.

TEPIDARIUM

Tepidarium includes warm chairs for rest, ideal for relaxation before and after saunas, pools and steam rooms. Temperature is adjustable and recommended temperature is between 37°C to 40°C. During stay on these chairs, circulation is improved and body is warmed up without sweating.

KNEIPP BENCH

This is a combination of bench for rest and mini pool for feet with warm and cold water. Combination of warm and cold water improves the circulation and helps in healing headaches and cold foot syndrome.
